Metal Assemblies have seven robotic Co2 weld cells and three robotic spot weld cells. Some cells are dedicated to specific parts and others are used to produce several different parts. We also have bespoke automated welding machines that have been developed by Metal Assemblies for specific customer requirements.

Our Robotic and automated weld processes are supplemented by the capability to produce Co2 welded parts via a manual welding process.

Pedestal projection welders from 50kva to 150kva, many of which are fitted with automatic nut and bolt feeding systems and camera POKA YOKE devices complete our extensive welding capacity.
